With a bachelors degree in Human Kinetics/Kinesiology, my coursework has equipped me with a strong understanding of human movement and function. As a current graduate student focusing in ergonomics & biomechanics, I am passionate applying my gained knowledge to improve one's performance, prevent injuries, promote health & wellness, and enhance overall quality of life. My role as Ergonomic Student Intern for the Office of Occupational Health & Safety at the University of Windsor has given me exposure to developing multiple ergonomic resources and training, along with backgrounds in the field of health & safety. In addition, through work experience at Ergonow, I have conducted ergonomic assessments in various office settings around the area. In my current graduate research, I especially focus on occupational injury characteristics at the University campus, intensifying my passion to foster success and well-being within others.In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I am a multiple-time national Track & Field medallist competing for the Windsor Lancers. My sport has equipped me with all skills needed to be successful across each aspect of my life. I am known for my hard work ethic, leadership, resiliency and overall enthusiastic approach to acquiring new skills towards my personal, professional & athletic growth.
