I support ministry to men and women across 11 campuses at Northview Church through our directed conferences, monthly engagement and discipleship events, and retreats.

In my role as Adult Ministry Coordinator, I support 11 campus teams as they develop and launch ministry focused on discipling men and women. I coach, resource, and mentor both volunteers and staff in their ministries to engage men and women in a more meaningful life of faith.

In secondary, post-secondary, adult-learning, and non-profit settings, I develop engaging and measurable curriculum units for both online and in-person settings.

I work with high school students who are eager to figure out what to do after high school. Through assessments, coaching, and intentional timelines, I guide students to find a path towards success in college, trade school, the workforce, or military service. This is a beautiful blend of my public education experience and my private sector career consulting.

Facilitate learning and instruction in Honors,College Prep, and AP English and Psychology classrooms

I formed Deliberate Direction in an effort to help those in the working world find "the right job" (for this time in their lives) and assist small business owners find "the right person" (for this time in their companies). Using a holistic approach to examine the person, the position, and the current circumstances, I create clarity in the minds of job seekers, employees, and business owners. With employees and job seekers, we explore natural talents, gifts, strengths, and abilities through assessments and various questionnaires. Additionally, we develop a strategy for how to best market the candidate through new media, traditional methods, and networking.Small business owners gain valuable assistance in the hiring process through a customized and personalized approach to find a candidate that matches not only the job skills and talents, but also the culture of the organization.

Facilitate Professional Series courses at WorkOne Indy; topics include, but not limited to, interpersonal communication skills, managing the change process, strategic planning, business writing, decision making, diversity in the workplaceTrain WorkOne customers in strategies and tactics to effectively secure employment; topics include interview training, computer basics, career exploration, and networking

I wrote articles for the Indianapolis community of working moms that focused on topics of interest such as:- child care- activities for families- work / life balance issues

I was involved in the formation of C&S Consulting, LLC in an effort to provide Indianapolis small businesses effective and affordable human resource support.In my role as Vice President, I was involved in many facets of the organization, including- business development- client management- strategic development- social media marketingMy primary responsibility was to serve as the outsourced HR Director for the clients. While each client's relationship was different, I engaged in the following activities- evaluation, development, and revision of employee documents (i.e. job descriptions, employee handbooks, performance appraisal systems, OSHA compliance)- execution of company policies- sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding new employees- leadership and executive coaching- team building- training and development of employees- employee performance management, documentation, and (when necessary) termination
