About Mandy Mills

Organized and hard working team player; a fast learner with attention to detail. It is important to me to never leave a job unfinished or do it halfheartedly. I believe that you should give 100% to anything you are doing no matter how small the task before you is!I believe the ability to communicate with not only with customers but also co-workers is valuable in achieving success. With the exception of Human Resources, my passion is assisting a company grow to its fullest potential by implementing processes and organization along with a valuable team. I believe that all three of these are the key factors that are often overlooked in a company reaching its full potential and more. I am proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, & Outlook), Smartsheet, Quick Books and more in both Windows and MacOS along with most communication softwares and social media. I am a beginner in several design softwares and have an average of > 90 wpm.I have an Associates in Human Resources Management.
