We met in October of 2020 as students in UW-Stout’s graduate certificate in instructional design program. As part of the project management class, Mandy and I were placed in the same group, and worked together for the entire term. When Mandy and I had our first Zoom meeting (the entire program was online), I was immediately impressed with Mandy. She was kind, articulate, and upbeat. She has excellent verbal and written communication skills. She was always on top of deadlines and organization is one of her strong suits. In talking to Mandy, it became clear that she has a very strong passion for e-learning authoring tools. During our weekly meetings, she always was mentioning a new tip that she learned about in one of the many Articulate Storyline 360 forums. Mandy clearly stated that her work in Articulate Storyline 360 was the highlight of the entire graduate program for her.
