-Assist senior Hr manager in oversee the entire spectrum of HR functions for all business units-Develop & review HR procedure & policy/ Employee handbook and provide guidance and interpretation. -Drive full cycle of recruitment & selection process, liaise with agencies, monitor on staff headcount budget, analyze job description and competencies of position with the hiring manager.-Prepare annual HR planning & budgeting -Participate in compensation and benefit surveys, preparation on market data comparison and proposal of review-Provides day to day performance management guidance to regional head/ supervisor (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). -Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. -Study and fine tune work processes to enhance efficiency and increase productivity eg switch from manual processes to automation (HR Management System) to minimize human error, enhance accuracy/quality of work and shortened timeline in completing assignment.-Prepares various HR report for use by management & HQ Japan-To embrace responsibility for the Company’s actions and encourage a positive impact through its actions towards socially, ethically, and environmentally.-Guide HR/Admin executives in all HR/ admin aspects on needed basis-Any ad-hoc assignment
