She’s honest and intelligent, yet very patient with developers who are less experienced then she is. They all feel included in the team from day one. Her technical acumen, also, has increased greatly while she has been here and she’s learned many of our systems, including the legacy systems, giving her a very solid foundation across our stack. Today Mandy is able to take vague tickets and turn them into reasonable solutions and she’s regularly helping groom tickets for the rest of the team to work on. It’s hard to nail down any one single thing that made Mandy one of the keys to our team success at OnDeck, but I could not ask for a more ideal team mate."
