Responsibility Management of breakdown & Planned Maintenance of Machines. Plan and carry out corrective maintenance based on break down analysis reports like MTTR , MTBF, B/D index in addition to time based preventive maintenance. In house repairing of various pcbs used for control of m/c . Plan and carry out calibration of temperature controllers used in various process of heat treatment, and paint shop .monitoring and maintaining the calibration of the same as per schedule . Generate Breakdown analysis report. Get visual management for condition monitoring and to implement them. Carry out spare parts planning based on VED Analysis.
