Working as an application engineer for Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer Packages.Scrubber packages required for treatment of pollutants being emitted from the process equipments used for PV Cell manufacturing.As an application engineer I am responsible for,1) Heat and Material Balance calculations for RTO packages.2) Development of PFDs, P&ID.3) Selection and sizing of equipment required in packages such as Thermal oxidizers, scrubbers, heat exchangers, Blowers, Burners, Oil pumping modules, Gas train component selection, stack sizing, etc.4) Coordination with suppliers for getting the offers, technical and commercial review of same.5) Performing project cost estimation.6) Preparation of technical and commercial offers.7) Travelling to customers for technical and commercial discussion pertaining to enquiries.8) Attending Factory Acceptance Tests for project control panel both internal as well as with customer.

Worked as a Group Lead for components engineering. Was responsible for handling order pertaining column internals (Components Business for Sulzer). Our team was responsible to execute orders for column internals which was dynamic in nature interms of engineering deliverables.TAS (Turnaround Service) part of projects were highly demanding having execution time cycle ranging from 1 day to 3 Weeks.Sales Coordination was a bit smooth going with an engineering cycle time of about 1week to a month.EPC 1 and 2 Groups were responsible for spec heavy EPC jobs which were having comparatively a longer cycle time.In the role of group lead my responsibility was,1) Proper workload planning of all 4 teams having 4 to 5 team members each.2) Carrying out project's undertaken as a part of department improvement under Strategic Deployment Board headed by Director of company.3) Manhours accounting.4) Attending kick off meetings, coordination meeting with customers.5) Travelling to customers for drawing reviews and seeking across the table approvals inoder to fast track the project activity.4) Maintaining group KPIs namely Engineering project efficiency, Optimised material utilisation, Minimum drawing errors. to name a few.5) To address difficulties of teams members, reviewing project requirements, availability of inputs, identifying and assigning of projects to suitable team members based on experience and strengths of individuals.6) Enrolling and actively participating in continuous improvement programs laid down by company for individual development.7) Identifying training needs of team members and initiating development programs and monitoring same till its completion, seeking feedback from team members and cross functional colleagues for further improvement and development of Engineering team.

Selection and sizing of boiler sub systems like,- Selection of gas train components for Natural gas / LPG fired thermal oil heaters, steam boilers and hot water generators.-Selection of circulation pumps,valves,fans etc. 4. Checking / Preparation of drawing like,- P&I diagram, pressure part drawings for thermal oil heaters, hot water generators, steam boilers. 5. Product development activities for new product launching, preparing RFQ, technical proposal, conducting product training.
