Key Responsibilities:• Being accountable and lead overall delivery (Functionally) of the Hyperion HFM (and Planning) change solutions• Act as a single point of change request aggregation, demand prioritization, and implementation• Managing stakeholders to communicate delivery updates, risks/issues, and benefits articulation• Managing decisions & escalations required for senior stakeholders to ensure effective usage of time. Act as a point of escalations and change control

• Provide ongoing operation support for Hyperion systems & HFM• Production of monthly Management Accounts results for FIL group.• Responsible for key deliverables which includes extensive sales and assets reporting (FNW & Institutional), P&L analysis, KPIs and sales scorecard.• Work closely with team in Business Finance (Europe, Asia and India) to facilitate integration across various groups.• Support HFM project team in data migration• Support manager in setting up a system governance framework in India Finance systems• Work with various teams to identify and understand system requirements/issues and plan for next steps to resolve those issues • User support including acting as a point of contact for all user level matters including user training, error resolution & system performance issues• Interface procedure management including Interface reconciliation & coordinating JDE interfaces • Assist with the future developments as & when required • Manage relationship with stakeholders and escalate where appropriate.• To manage the users’ requests – password reset, access, set up, inactivate, and provide additional access • To play a key role by acting as a chain between users, vendors, technologies and servers teams to address any issues e.g. speed, or up gradation, or any system changes, or customization etc.• Be responsible to do testing in UAT before release of any changes in production environment.• To provide regular update on the issues and their resolution to the stakeholders and users.
