During my college internship in the Remediation Division of the TCEQ, I developed and implemented a prioritization scheme to handle agency back logs. I then executed the prioritization scheme: performing interviews, evaluating technical reports, and interpreting legal documents to determine which cases to re-activate and which to close out.

I paid my way through college working in the hospitality industry. During those years I picked up several skills that serve me well today. I learned to read verbal and nonverbal cues, exercise patience and discretion in customer interactions, and multitask in a fast-paced work environment. I continue to hone these customer relations skills to build positive relationships with clients.
