Upgrade, support and maintenance of SAP 4.7 to ERP 6.0 (Including Unicode Upgrade).Role: SAP Senior Developer. • Normal development/maintenance/support duties related to upgrade (Including implementing new enhancement framework, and upgrading Remote Function Calls to Web Services).• Rewrite EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) program with exit modules as part of the upgrade project ( to use payment workbench, and custom modules to manager the transfer between SAP and the bank ).• Created an inbound mail processing solution for psychometric data. Where the psychologist email the XLS and DOC files to an exchange inbox, and SAP then process the email automatically, and sends confirmations and/or error emails back.• Java development done (integrated into ABAP) to process MS Office documents on the application server, that normally would not be possible with a SAP implementation as it uses the MS Office functionality on the presentation server (local machine) and thus cannot be done in the background.• Abap Webdynpro development done. A webdynpro application were developed as part of a possible fallback/replacement of SAP MI, because of problems during the upgrade to ECC 6. They were not needed in the end. These were pure Web Dynpro, as the client don’t have the Adobe Document server installed.• Abap Webdynpro development training presented to SAP Development team.

Interface Project SAP (across modules) to ARS (Remedy System)Role: SAP Senior Developer. • SAP (4.7) interface Project. Interfacing to Remedy system, using XI.The following interfaces made up the work: PM – Equipment PM – Work Centres PM – Functional Locations HR – Employee Data SD – Service OrdersMost of the interfaces were 2 way asynchronous communication, and were implemented to XI using RFC’s and XI proxy classes.

Maintenance and support on SAP TEM and SAP HR.Role: HR Technical Support Consultant. • LSMW, development and data upload.• Sapscript maintenance.• XML interfaces with BBC website.• All aspects of Abap reporting and interface maintenance.• HR and TEM customization and support.Bespoke TEM implementation (SAP 4.7) project for the client.
