Apart from operational expertise and contributions in creating a dedicated Greenfield advisory and Market Research service vertical, led Delhi branch for more than seven years and played a key role in driving overall growth in North India.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, I am a part of SKP’s business advisory team and heads the firm’s Delhi branch. With over nine years of experience in transaction project management, assisted clients through the pre-investment phase, handling assignments related to business set-up and business modelling, due diligence, accounting and assurance.I have served clients across industries, including automotives, ITeS, pharmaceuticals, real estate, food and packaging, textile, and electronics. My experience also includes private and government land scouting as well as obtaining industrial, labour and commercial registrations.With capabilities in post-integration advisory, I have played instrumental role in providing end-to-end project management support to a leading US-based client setting up a large manufacturing unit in India. I have also also been involved with indirect taxation assignments and has prepared advanced indirect tax manuals for leading companies. In the past, I have provided advisory on indirect taxation matters including but not limited to conducting due diligence investigations from an indirect tax perspective.
