As Operating Partner, sourced/identified/secured new restaurant locations. Managed financials, approved all capital expenditures/repairs, and established high-quality service standards. As Consultant, advised company CEO on operational improvement strategies. Directed the closing of 4 restaurants (multi-state). Increased average unit volume (AUV) for two Denver restaurants from $936K to $1.7M+YOY by skillfully managing operations, devising an impactful marketing plan and forging strong community partnerships. Awarded Franchisee of the Year by Genghis Grill’s corporate leadership.

Joined a franchise ownership group to manage new restaurants in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. Negotiated building leases; managed P&L; oversaw all capital expenditures; hired, trained and developed managers; and directed day-to-day operations for 14 restaurants. Grew average unit volume (AUV) from $624K to $936K in six years.
