Project and work request delivery• Be the single point of responsibility for project deliveries and account management.• Act as a Scrum Master and manage sprint/hotfix deliveries of the software and maintain the product backlog.• Define sprint goals and product roadmap.• Responsible for prioritizing product backlog, getting story points and estimations in sprint planning.• Give requirement walkthrough to scrum team.• Maintain requirement traceability matrix• Monitor and improve the quality of project deliveries.• Responsible for end to end business testing of the software including testing of API’s using Postman tool.• Lead the team to deliver successful project and work request outcomes.• Accountable for taking sign off and work closely with client & end users for confirmation after solving the production issues. • Accountable for collaborating with the third-party vendors and the clients frequently in case of any production issues or queries and proposing solution for reducing manual efforts & solving problem tickets.• Work with the hr., business partners, other service delivery managers, pmo and vendors to deliver successful business and technology outcomes.• Work with the other project delivery managers, the quality heads and pmo to drive improvements in project delivery capability, methods and processes.• Understand the initiatives throughout the mobile app project life cycle and oversee the mobile app product development based on team strategy and vision.• Oversee the development of web based user interface for E-commerce platform.Client Relationship Management• Perform client handling in German and English.• Act as a single point of contact for all the client queries.• Engage with client to improve the client satisfaction ratio and program performance.Financial Management• Ensure timely billing of all accounts.• Planning of deliverables with client to ensure smooth financial forecasting.

Project and work request delivery• Requirement gathering/elicitation from client SME (German speaking) in German of the new requirements and transfer the knowledge to the English-speaking development team in India.• Analyse and implement client’s change requirements with regards to amendments in the German withholding tax.• Identify the changes in the German taxation laws and agree with the client to take the changes in the product backlog.• Drive the pre-planning meetings for the efforts estimation using planning poker technique.• Creation of the functional documents of the change requests.• Agree on in scope and Out of scope requirements with client.• Ensure the timely delivery and complete management of the project deliveries.• Lead the project management team to deliver successful project• User Stories management in HPQC and timely execution.• Give final approval for the implementation after performing QA validations.Client Relationship Management• Take part in client calls for requirement gathering.• Perform client handling in German and English• Meet client at onsite locations to maintain healthy relationships.• Responsible for processes migration to offline development centre.• Enhance offshore operations capabilities.

Investment Banking Operations (Frankfurt Valuations/Derivatives Documentation) • Responsible for pricing reconciliations with front office and amendments.• Produce the manual statements for Germany covering varied products rates, equities, credit, commodities and securities.• Review and translation of financial confirmations in English and German.• To liaise with traders and marketers and MO to correct bookings and amend systems.• Investigate and resolve all the trade discrepancies in a timely manner.• To affirm the trades with clients and minimise the risk exposure.• To work closely with drafting department and get the confirmations drafted and sent to clients.Client Relationship Management• Handling of respective client requests and complaint as first point of contact for German clients.• Static data maintenance of client data in valuations system.• Assist internal stakeholders with German queries with regards to Equity trades.Team Management• Train and manage a team of 4 people covering daily business escalations

• Surgery Management.• Prepare quarterly reports for the management review.• Assist manager with IT and administrative and managerial work.• Perform data extraction and compilation using software’s like EMIS, Excel and Word • Prepare data reports for the management.

• Analyse client’s existing systems.• Present proposals to clients with regards to the change requests.• Draw testing schedules.• Coordinate with Onsite teams to ensure the seamless provision of IT services.• Act as a single point of contact for incident and escalation control for Rohm and Haas Germany.• Incident to Problem evaluation and escalation.• Effective management of client’s servers and accounts like SAP, Lotus notes etc.• Perform SAP, Blackberry devices trouble shooting.• Supervise the translation of the important documents from German to English or vice versa.• Communicate, coordinate and organise teams from India, Germany & Switzerland.
