Currently designing a web app for farm and gardening growers and consumers. Technologies being implemented are as follows. AngularJS 11 (UI) , Asp.net core 3.1 for web api, SQL server , devops pipeline for Git and Github using Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, xUnit targeting cloud platforms AWS and Azure besides on-premise deployment.

Performed the following for a project management system for a govt. defense dept. Technologies used were AngularJS, Oracle, .Net MVC.• Change Management (ITIL based) • Deployment in a high security clearance environment.

Worked on following projects: Risk Assessment and Horizon Scanning for National Security Coordination Secretariat (NSCS): The Risk Assessment and Horizon Scanning is a system which helps government agencies explore methods and tools that complement scenario planning in anticipating strategic issues with significant possible impact on Singapore. Collaborative Foresight module: This is a forum with features to create topics and issues and comments for moderators and users. It is gamified wherein points are awarded to the participants when their topics and comments are liked. The objective is to create a subjective strategic knowledge base.Message Broker: This project was implemented to create a message broker platform for all systems across the board in the agency. This broker has resulted in bringing down the execution time of one of the back end jobs to 5 hours from 3 days besides enabling other sub systems to use the broker and leverage its features like queue persistence and multiple worker process spawning. The enterprise grade, reliable broker RabbitMQ was used in this project.

Managed a project which is a solution built to manage the work flow, documentation and communication required for various stages of construction of health care building projects, for example general hospitals, polyclinics etc., Tasks included 1) Planning, scheduling of resources.2) Requirements management,elicitation,analysis.3) Creation of required specifications documentation.4) Proposing of solution and prototyping with technical team.5) User training.

The role required me to execute the followingProject management which involved tracking project progress, invoicing, raising purchaseorders. The role here required me to do the followingConfiguration management. Maintaining configuration items required for smooth running of the system. Configuration items include base software, 3rd party software, UAT, SIT & Training servers for application and database hosting, system documentation, source code,source code control and defect resolution documentation. Managing build and release along with the requisite documentation. Tools used are VSS, TFS and Visual studio 2010.Managing production support tickets. This includes analyzing, resolution and delegation of service desk tickets within on site and offshore fix analysts. Tool used was HPQC. Complied with ITIL processes for issue and problem management.Analysis and Implementation of change requests.Performance monitoring using Wintask script automation.

Present role is to perform impact analysis of change requests for the singapore government tax portal (e-governance domain). Application design, coding and testing is also required. The entire process involves documentation support and internal and external reviews compliant with the client’s standards.Earlier project was payment modules in Town council management system for Singapore town councils ((e-governance domain). Role involved leading team to maintain, develop and deploy .Net based applications for use by Town councils(govt) and B2B partners and payment kiosks like SAM and AXS.Design, develop, deploy and delegate web and windows based micosoft applications for point of sale systems, aeronautic , e-procurement and mass public transportation domains
