Additionally, he has collaborated with the Railway Protection Force, bringing in European experts to enhance their nationwide safety response strategies.With deep expertise in capacity development across safety, disaster, and crisis management, Manish has become a key figure in these industries. Several key CIS-based suppliers, including Izhora, Uralmash, and Belaz, ceased delivering essential equipment and spare parts, leaving mining machinery across the country in a state of disrepair. These decaying assets represented a significant loss, and the industry's productivity suffered.Leading a strategic initiative, I spearheaded efforts to re-establish connections with these companies, navigating complex geopolitical and logistical challenges to bring them back into India's supply chain. This required negotiating new contracts, reactivating dormant agreements, and addressing the technical specifications of aging equipment.
