• Worked on different project execution (OTR) for MS5001 PA, MS6001, LT16, PGT25+ gas turbine configuration.• Proposal engineering (ITO) for multiple gas turbine configuration like - LT series, PGT series, LM series, FR5, FR6, FR7, FR9.• Customer specification review, comment, and technical clarification during contract/proposal phase. • P&ID, 2D & 3D Drawing, General arrangement, Isometric drawing, Piping line specification, etc. reading and analysis.• International Codes & Standards like- API614, API616, API617, NFPA12, ASME B16.5, NFPA 750, API676, API675, many others.• Teamcenter, Bill of Material (BOM), product structures, etc. preparation and release on time.• Vendor’s document preparation, drawing review, technical alignment.• Customer drawing preparation, review, and technical clarifications.• Unigraphics (UG-NX) for 3D model control & operation.• AutoCAD drawing reading & modification for various gas turbine components.• BDOT (for baseplate design), PUMA (for piping line specification).• Lube oil, seal gas, filter house, air inlet & ventilation, centrifugal compressor, electric generator, liquid-fuel gas, BOP systems (mist eliminator, fire suppression, water wash, etc.). • System / component selection, design & modification.• New tools creation for automation.• Interaction (mail and meetings) with customer and vendor during project execution.• Customer site issues (NCM/SR) on various gas turbine configuration.• Basic level of understanding in steam turbine and electric motor driven machines.
