PRE-BIND DATA OWNER AND OPERATIONAL DATA QUALITYCURRENT• Responsible for the overall Pre-bind data quality by providing transparency and DQ improvement requirements to the respective data providers (internal or external). Manage the access and intended user of Analytical Data Models in accordance with regulations, company policies including Targeted standard on Data Management• Act as the overall data owner for the respective D&A area by liaising with a network of Business Apps Owners• Explore possibility to automate Data Input process from the contractual documents to the respective UW/Admin systems• Provide data points on progress measurement board globally to engage and collaborate with the respective stakeholders• Drive data quality activities to achieve accurate, complete, and reliable data. Identify areas which requires immediate attention or trainings.• Ensure structured and clear process and global guideline to increase robustness and transparency• Effectively guide and motivate a team of 8 experts, fostering inspiration and utilizing various techniques to drive them towards accomplishing their goals. • Collaborate closely with control executive teams, function heads, and control owners to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and promote a strong operational risk culture.• Identify and escalate conflicts between risk management results and business outcomes to senior leadership. Work with the operations management team to address gaps, implement process improvements, and conduct quality reviews aligned with regulatory and risk frameworks. • Provide oversight to outsourcing topics, ensuring adherence to internal and external policies.• Collaborate with regional and global functions/experts to align controls and processes, develop a control mindset, and implement control methodologies for sustainable process and performance.
