As a shift In Charge in CRM Roll shop. Communication with team and customer to excecute the job as per their requirement.  Monitoring & controlling the shift Activities.  Ensuring no Delay in Mill due to roll unavailability.  Ensuring 100℅ quality of the roll grinding in shift.  Preparing of roll data maintain roll records.  Actively take per in roll assembly and disassembly job guide the team.  Optimum utilization of resources maintain record of consumable used in department. Soft hand grinding of WORK ROLL, IMR, BACKUP ROLL, SPM, SSC, SQUEEZ ROLL, on CNC grinding.  Activity take part in chock maintenance, Bearing maintenance good hand in measuring instrument.  Overhauling of bearing (Taper roller Bearing, Cylinddical Bearing) used in IMR and BACKUP roll.  Monitor and update the RSMS (Rollshop Management system).  Give Safety Training to operators and Workers.  To motive and handle about 60 Manpower.  Also doing various SAP ,SAP HANA related activities suchasmaking reservation , production confirmations ,etc. Overall responsibility for respective shift, Preparation of shift Report, Mill in roll data, Roll History collection and UST Test & HARDNESS Test on the roll other as per instruction as per instruction/Guideline.
