Current- Analyzing, planning, and developing scheduled projects
- Tracks Project and team member performance closely to quickly intervene in mistakes or delay
- Develop a project management roadmap to define project objectives, timelines, and milestones
- Schedules and facilitates meetings between project stakeholders to discuss deliverables, schedules, and conflicts.
- Coordinate kick-off, fact-finding and internal review meeting
- Ensure employee satisfaction and manage employee retention, career growth, skill growth and motivation
