-Budgeting and forecasting for the orders on monthly basis to achieve sales results.-Working very closely with the buyer for better understanding of their business and thus their requirement.-Identification and evaluation of Vendors in all areas of production-cutting, sewing, finishing and to suggest them corrective action as per the buyer’s requirement before allocating orders to them.-Booking production capacities with vendors well in advance to ensure lead times are shortened.-Conducting R&D of new styles with the Vendor in the areas of fabric, washing, sewing & finishing adding more value to the product.-Liaise with fabric team on proposed season estimates and accordingly plan yarn blockings and review monthly usage and replenishment. -Complete Risk assessment of the style as soon it is selected with all departments identifying all potential risks in product.

-Interacting with the Vendors as the marketing face of the company and also arrange for the accessories for the shipment.-Sampling & pricing of styles for each season ensuring that Vendor offers competitive price solutions.-Conducting R&D of new styles with the Vendor in the areas of fabric, washing, sewing & finishing adding more value to the product.-Interacting with the Vendors as the marketing face of the company and also arrange for the accessories for the shipment.-Order finalization and agreement. Follow up with placement of orders for fabric, embellishments and packing material. Timely deliveries of all inputs to the Vendors.-Training team for the quality & testing requirements for the brands.
