The job includes understanding the marketing teams requirement as per the prescription to be pushed bt the Doctors, providing varied options from Pin To Plane, helping them corelate the theme of prescription with the gift to be offered & finally passing it to the Purchase team. The purchase team negotiates & once the product is finalized, it is to be taken for production, Branding, packing & transportation. It is a series of responsibility to be adhered coupled with supervision amongst the supply chain so that the commitments in respect of product shortlisted as well a the pre decided time line is adhered with.But its a fun & i enjoy meeting different people, bargaining, convincing, making new & quality friends & ultimately making business as well as money.With work ex at YES Bank Ltd as a Branch Manager for more than 7 years & Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance as a Deputy Area Manager for 4 years coupled with off late experience with Corporate Gifting company for more than 7 years, a professional degree as a Company Secretary, makes me look forward for a transition into a corporate company which has an esteemed presence in the country.
