 Liaise with various Government Authorities such as: PF , Factory Inspectorate , Government Labour Office, Police Dept., FSSAI etc. Statutory laws as required under various Labour Laws and enforcing total discipline in the premises. Plan and implement employee welfare activities, canteen facility and transport system. Analyses wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan. Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Maintenance of Employee records, Time office keeping, Pest control, Safety measures. Filling returns under Factory Act, and PF etc. Maintaining various Registers under Factory act.  Supervising activities of the Time Office and maintenance of attendance and leave records, necessary for processing payrolls of employees Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Administering bonus and loan payment policies and subsequent deductions from salary. Establishing good relationship among employees, resolving their queries. Directing the efficient rendering of facilities including Office Facility and Asset Management  Taking care of transport management includes managing of cabs and Ambulance facility, there route planning, monitoring duty roasters and maintaining proper checklist for safety measures , ensuring proper security, safety and disciplinary standards in cabs and Ambulance for the safety of employees/Patients while they travel. Maintaining Proper Infrastructure of the company. Looking after the Procurement of IT and Non IT items and responsible for subsequent stock availability and Handling all the bills of various vendors and responsible for all bills processing and ensuring smooth payment for the same.  Budget preparation and adherence to the same. Assists in forecasting, monitoring and tracking expenditure and ensure that the expenditure shall not exceed from the approved budget allocation.

• Manage and look after the departments i.e. Medical Transport, and Security. • Take facility round of the hospital on a daily basis.• Prepare monthly expense MIS, and report to Central Manager and CEO.• Finalizing deal with hostel owner. • Providing hostel facilities to employees. • Solving hostel related problems.• Guest accommodation. • Tickets booking (Air and railway) for employees.• Maintaining monthly Ambulance MIS and prepare expense sheet. • Providing CUG card to employees and International patients.• Granting mobile bill to employees according to hospital policies. • Development and control of department policies and procedures, as per accreditation (NABH/JCI) norms.• Ensure quality services, adherences to Admin policies and procedures. NABH AND JCI• Responsibility for interpreting and implementing quality assurance initiative as per NABH /JCI Standards. • Over all control on admission procedure records and keeping other documents.• Arrange staff duties.• Check all registers like booking register, Ambulance, Admission register etc.• Arrange staff training programmers.• Member of Extended CORE Team, who has helped in bringing NABH for the Hospital

 Supply and maintenance Hardware, Software and connected accessories on BOOT (Built Own Operate Transfer) basis.  To impart the initial teachers training comprising 6hrs of training for 12 days at taluka level, to provide hands on support to the teachers at the lab. Three days refresher training to the teachers in every quarter. Maintaining the log and record of the school visit. Conduct evaluation of the teacher and students. Collecting monthly report from the school authorities  Interacting with school authority and the nominated authorities in the district i.e. DPEO, MIS, BRC, CRC Verifying the supplied consumables stock.  Assist the Zonal coordinator in marinating the project.  Any other additional work under the scope of this project assigned by the Zonal coordinator or Project manager.  Reports to Handle I.
