Job Description: Compensation and Benefits• Fitment of the selected candidates of all levels in the company’s CTC structure; maintaining the parity with the existing employees• Coordination for Background verification of the selected candidate• Talking to the candidates and understanding their current CTC structure and expectation• Preparing the CTC structure for the candidate• Negotiating & bringing the candidate on board; reimbursements as well• Preparing the offer and taking care of other pre joining formalities• Maintaining compensation MIS on a regular basis Training & Development• Collating data of Training Need Analysis from various sources & Preparation of quarterly training calendar• Identifying vendors for the approved trainings and finalizing the content and commercials with best suitable vendor / facilitator• Organizing the training program; end to end; whether at corporate or at site locations• Evaluating the feedback of the participants of the program• Catering to the development of the employees, by uploading various templates, readings, case studies on many topics on the Intranet on a weekly basis• Maintaining the training MIS and Training History Summer Training• Collecting requirement for summer trainees from different departments• Shortlisting resumes of prospective summer trainees• Conducting telephonic interviews with the shortlisted candidates, to check interpersonal and technical skills• Maintaining MIS of trainees• On completion of the training, reviewing their report and providing them with the training certificate HR Operations• Maintaining personal files of employees• Keeping a track on the confirmation dates of employees and issuing letters to employees on confirmation• Joining formalities of new joiners• End to end process of medical reimbursements of employees• Renewal of the company’s Group Health Insurance Policy.
