Prior to joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Manisha was a Partner with J. Sagar Associates, where she led various transaction teams acting for leading private equity players, blue chip Indian and multinational corporations, catering to their business and commercial interests in India from a legal and regulatory perspective.
