• Expertise in volume hiring and technical hiring • Sourcing, Screening and shortlisting resumes from job portals like naukri.com, IIM jobs, monster.com etc. for technical, non-technical skills & support functions.• End to end recruitment experience in Technical hiring for skills such as RPA, java, network engineer, asp.net developer etc.• Scheduling interviews for middle level hiring which includes Team leads, Assistant Managers, Deputy Managers etc. • Involved in end-to-end recruitment, releasing offer letters, completing joining formalities for candidates, keeping BGV checks • Ensuring proper and complete documentation post selection of candidates• Responsible for smooth on-boarding of new hires, Ensuring timely generation of Employee Codes• Generating daily, weekly and monthly report and maintaining the database of all of the candidates, Tracking of hiring to ensure month on month manpower plans are met• Responsible for managing employee related queries and their resolution• Ensuring proactive employee communication on process and policies• Handling of employee grievances and taking proactive steps to ensure local level resolution of grievances• Track employee escalations and take proactive steps • Vendor Management • Team leading experience, handling team of 3 team members to achieve defined KPIs • Taking action on Employee feedback to achieve employee satisfaction and escalation handling • Conducting FGDs & Virtual connects with Projects • Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit • Build a strong business relationship with the internal clients/stakeholders• Actively identify gaps, process implements changes necessary to cover risks followed by process improvements• Sharing daily updates with Stakeholders • Conducting Team R&R on quarterly basis
