As a BA (Business Analyst) in the team, I worked to define and manage business requirements for transitioning to new Cloud Powered Checkout (CPC) and POS system using Toshiba Gravity. My focus area was “User Experience” with new POS system. I worked extensively for defining business use cases for shopping card, associate discount, POS checkout and POS reporting.As part of my job, I did “AS-IS” analysis of business processes in existing POS system and analyzed standard features in new POS system. This program trains participants in agile and scrum processes through class room training and role-play based execution of active projects. During training, I played the role of product owner, agile scrum master, business analyst and developer and worked on more than 4 different projects of varying complexity.
