National dance competition in the Desi Dance Network Inc. Midwest Dhamaka is a non-profit and the University of Cincinnati’s premier Bollywood-fusion dance competition that strives to promote diversity and inclusion. Served as a co-chair for five years, overseeing the conceptualization, development, and execution of the brand identity for each competition year. Designed or directed the creation of all event assets, spanning hype videos, photography, merchandise, signage, social media and online presence. Collaborated with the executive team to formulate strategic initiatives for the organization’s continued success.

During my time at Relish Works, I contributed to the Innovation team’s human-centered design research and strategy efforts , including conducting interviews, and developing concepts and mockups based on primary and secondary research. Assisted the team in deck design, data visualization, illustration, editorial design, and more. Additionally, provided support to the Trust20 team by helping in website user testing and collaborating on the development of online training modules and future product offerings.
