Previous to joining AlwaysOnVacation eSolutions I have worked as Freelancer - Manager Operations and managed a team of telesales agents and was responsible for transitioning and stabilizing new and current campaigns, which included meeting with business clients to migrate and successfully manage the process by working with them to finalize on service level agreements, dialer and lead management , and was successful in maintaining the industry standards by setting up Key responsibility areas for managers and team leaders and implementing the Agent Evaluation System which focused towards daily ,weekly and monthly evaluation of agents to improve the productivity to contribute towards streamlining workflow and business.
