I am an expert in the field of HR data and have been consulting employers for the Trendence Institute for almost 20 years. Networking on HR topics is important to me and I am part of #FemaleHRExcellence.During my studies, I lived in Kiel (Diplom Betriebswirt), Sweden (MBA) and in the USA. My main subjects (even then) were human resources, marketing and international management. At the Trendence Institute, I help design ongoing surveys and work as an HR Data Expert in many consulting projects. I like to look over the shoulders of big brands and SMEs to advance recruiting, HR development, HR marketing, employer branding and retention there. In particular, I am interested in interpreting the right measuring points for the success of employer brands and identifying market trends. In keynote speeches and panel discussions, I draw on surveys with over 300,000 pupils, students, academics and professionals surveyed each year (monthly updates).Together with my husband and two sons, I live and work near Hamburg. A few days a month you can find me at the Trendence office in Berlin Friedrichstraße or at HR events. Many weeks a year I enjoy nature and the sea together with my family on the Baltic Sea island of Poel - remote work and workation included.
