Current- Working as in house warehouse recruiter, screening resumes.
- Conduct and oversee all recruitment related activities for the Branch Office including Sourcing, Advertising, Recruitment Fairs, Social Media Advertising and other innovative recruitment strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Corporate and Field roles and persuasively sell the employer value proposition on to prospective candidates using a consultative approach through detailed introductory calls and talent.
- Advise and highlight hiring risks to HRBPs and Hiring Managers during complex offer negotiations and pre-employment testing.
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships with Hiring Managers and by establishing service expectations and talent management opportunities.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews with candidates and demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring.
