Responsible for delivering all facets of Human Resource & Operations throughout the organization. Applicant tracking system (ATS), also called a candidate management system, is a software application designed to help an enterprise recruit employees more efficiently. I hold sole responsibility of hiring tool and one point of contact to all the team members related to any tool queries. Ticket handling, reports generations and enhancement of the tool. Vendor management- Handling End - End TA-Vendor Empanelment process from sourcing the vendor's, evaluating the vendor's, negotiating with vendor's, coordinating for documentation, working closely with legal team to close on the documentation. Processing vendor invoicesAudit - Front facing both Internal and External Audit from TA functions and facilitating the Auditors with necessary documentation and making sure that function does not have any NC's.Campus - Reaching out to colleges/Finishing schools when we have hiring request. Preparing the Hiring plan for Campus.
