Human Resources Functional Consultant
Current➢ Conducting meetings with diverse stakeholders, conducting thorough root-cause analysis, and generating valuable reports, as well as providing support in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance➢ Working on HRMS tools background (Configuration / Testing / Reporting)➢ Working on Storyline, Articulate, and Tapplent tools for implementing HR process.➢ Coordinating with client team to provide the project day to day status.➢ Working as a first point of contact for the business in Core HR for SEA, China, Europe, and USA Regions.➢ Interacting with customers at all levels within an organization to successful interpret and understand business needs and asks into technical requirements.➢ Produce Process Maps, Guidance Notes and Training materials for all systems related activities.➢ Involved with streamlining processes, preparing documentation, automation, and leading continuous improvements.➢ Connecting bi-weekly with respective Regional HR to understand their concerns.Shared Services & Audit➢ Make sure to conduct a monthly audit of employee data and share it with the shared services SPOC. Also, ensure that the HRMS system is updated with the latest data.➢ Ensure to update all the employee life cycle activities in the HRMS system by conducting a monthly or quarterly audit.➢ A monthly audit is conducted to verify the termination status of employees, ensuring that any terminated employee is no longer active in the system and their employment has been officially terminated
