As an experienced member of the team and my past experiences in working on XLS and setting up ERP systems for new business processes in previous companies, I took over the procurement activities of the company. I was able to take responsibilities to work on different ways to automate the supply chain activities, inventory management and on reporting tools. My area of operation as Procurement Executive mainly focused on product engineering, exploring ways to reduce operational and logistic cost, new vendor development and management of existing vendors, Market surveys and Market analysis, vendor negotiations, quality analysis, generation of purchase orders, comparative analysis and record management, inventory management, vendor payment processing, forecasting, working closely with engineering teams and marketing teams for procurement planning and reporting of facts and figures to the COO and CEO of the company.
