Working with the HR team at Edureka, I handle end-to-end recruitment of various non-tech profiles across all seniority levels. I am also a part of the campus recruitment team wherein we undertake bulk hiring. I believe that I put up an array of effective communication skills to the table and along with my decision making and judgement ability, I look forward to enhancing the recruitment process of any organization I step into.
