Role: •Creation of hydraulic 3D models layout drawings of volutes, impeller and monoblocs for single and as well multistage pump.•Creation Assembly procedure, Installation and operational Manuals, Failure analysis reports, guidelines for the Decoking System & hydrostatic testing procedures.•Casting Models for Pump Casing with consideration allowance as per ISO8062. •Releasing Manufacturing Drawing with Proper GD&T using ASME Y14.5.•Data Management, ECR & ECN Creation using PLM platform (Windchill)•Material Selection & Fabrication models along with drawings of Structure members IS-808. •Worked on General arrangement drawings of complete pump setup including piping, Flushing system, monitoring devices etc. and get it approved by customers. •Frequently clients visit for visual inspection.

Role: •Development of sheet metal components as per client’s product requirement taking bend reduction in consideration with software like solid works, providing data of printing matter using Autodesk AutoCAD.•Contributed to product design department of sheet metal components, products like DUCTS, HOODS, OVER HEAD CEILINGS and Diffuser accessories. Designed products which are suitable flexible manufacturing.•Design the sheet metal components which are suitable for conventional and non-conventional manufacturing processes, checking the prototype before releasing to the mass production.
