• Contributed heavily to Covid situation by creating new products essential for immunity boosting, launching these new products in record time from contract manufacturing during lockdown till commercialization. The product line resulted in additional business to the organisation.• Extending Glucose product category line extension (Launching Glucoplus C mango, Jaljeera, Cola) and enabled business to grow over 20 % year on year.• Diversifying Honey to various Honey products like Honey syrup, Honey jam, Honey spread, Honey with Nuts(Seasonal offerings), Honey health products(Ashwagandha, Tulsi, Madhuvani -Ayush license products) and clinical trials for low GI Honey.• Instrumental in implementing manufacturing Honey from one location to multi location to reduce not only business risk but saving humongous transportation cost.• Making self-sufficient in manufacturing of Glucose products in multiple business units of Dabur in Nepal, Dubai and Bangladesh and completely eliminate transportation and dependency between the countries.• NPD development and launching of Tea as new category in Dabur and achieving substantial top line growth in 2020; complete in charge for product, nutritional label, scale-up & clinical study.• Developed & launched range of new RTS Sharbat (Rose and Khus) under Sharbat E Azam brand.• Complete range of Dabur Health Juice has been commercialized by identifying, establishing and commercializing through contract manufacturing for smooth commercialization. • Led various Product and packaging related cost savings projects• Provided support to the Legal team and excise team on Glucose product for settling taxation conflict in Bihar and saved around 30 Cr expense.• Developed differentiated Honey fruit spread product by using honey and created Gold standard product. Which helped in deriving a special category in FSSAI food standards. This product was rated much higher than market leader and selling since 2016.
