Current*Understanding the client's requirements according to the given job order . *Searching the resumes by using different job portals such as Dice/Google. *Screening and Short-listing the resumes. Doing psychometric analysis of the candidates. *Maintain a database of IT professionals in different technology verticals. *Maintaining the excel sheets filled by the consultants. *Maintaining an IT tracker which contains complete details of each and every requirements handled like client/vendor ,employer ,consultant ,requirements,rates and work status details of the consultants and their feedbacks.
