- Overhauled existing customer database to update contact information and allow reporting with segmentation by industry and scale of operation.- Created sales campaigns in coordination with vendor representatives, combining ride-alongs, inside sales training, customer training events, spiffs and newsletter specials.- Parts pricing overhaul transitioned inside sales from being able to charge any price level above replacement cost to 10% leeway from calculated price. Price overrides dropped by half after initial strategic changes, and margin increased 3% department-wide.
