Famous for being a PR firm that "takes on the hard cases" in this position I managed high-stakes crisis communications programs for companies, coalitions, and foreign governments. I worked closely with Google, T-Mobile, Skype, and Microsoft to create education campaigns around industry issues. I also had the privilege of traveling around the world with clients who were advocating for social issues.

I worked closely with a variety of UK government organizations to evaluate the efficacy of environmental regulations and education programs for new immigrants. I conducted research and provided guidance on how to improve unemployment programs targeted at single mothers. I wrote proposals in response to RFPs issued by the UK government and European Commission and managed a team of junior consultants.

I assisted in managing a large-scale research project on the economic and social impact of European, African and Middle Eastern immigration to the UK. I developed research questionnaires, oversaw data collection, led outreach to diverse communities, and conducted qualitative interviews. I also published a working paper, drawing from the research I conducted for master's thesis on migrant workers in the construction industry.
