I can tell you that I am decisive, I am driven, I am passionate about developing strong teams and my career has been about leading people for almost three decades. The reason I am not your perfect candidate is because there is no such thing. You may think that certain skills are what gives an individual the best chance at success in a position. I have hired many people who had the necessary skills, but they lacked the character, and therefore failed to thrive. I have hired and trained people who had no skills who have become successful in their own ventures. The perfect candidate doesn't exist on paper, they exist in character.
