I delivered professional development and training to clients, ensuring alignment with best practices and their specific goals. I onboarded clients by understanding their needs, establishing success criteria, and developing comprehensive implementation plans. My role involved fostering deeper engagement and successful implementation of Thrively, tracking and reporting on customer satisfaction, and developing additional content to support clients. I worked closely with Thrively’s Support Team to resolve technical issues, created and shared customer success stories to increase exposure to key district decision-makers, and built and nurtured relationships within assigned territories and strategic accounts to ensure the renewal of existing accounts. Additionally, I conducted demos, provided solutions to support lead conversion and expansion, wrote several conference proposals to enhance Thrively’s awareness, and stayed updated on industry trends and best practices in K12 education, significantly driving customer engagement and growth.My accomplishments include creating 30+ pieces of impactful and engaging content tailored to client needs, including 1-pagers, lessons, and blog articles. I've also excelled in facilitating seamless cross-functional communication, ensuring cohesive teamwork of teams with 5 or more people. I've successfully managed projects for at least 5 accounts simultaneously, showcasing my strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities. My excellence in client communication has ensured high levels of satisfaction and ongoing engagement.

I contributed to the e2e blog with an article about how teachers can use Chatgbt in their classrooms to improve student learning.

I acted as a thought partner for educators and administrators to help create collaborative cultures, and equitable, evidence-based solutions that support adult and student learning. I facilitated cross-functional teams of up to 5 members on ongoing projects concerning CEC's sales and marketing, school improvement, and other services to support K-12 systems.Some of my work with CEC included designing and leading webinars in hybrid learning methods, instructional coaching, and healthy working relationships.

I provided teachers with job-embedded professional development on instructional best practices to support student learning. I also worked with fellow coaches to facilitate district initiatives and lead institute day trainings . Some of my accomplishments include establishing leveled book rooms at the middle and intermediate schools, editing 10 monthly instructional coach newsletters, and supporting multiple PLC teams of 10+ teachers in order to meet student mastery of 75%. I also served on the MTSS, ELA, math, technology and new teacher mentor committees

I taught departmentalized English Language Arts to 4th grade classrooms. I collaborated with grade level partners to provide differentiated services to diverse learners to meet 80% mastery of standards. My accomplishments include leading a cross-functional team of 4th and 5th grade English Language Arts teachers to plan data-driven instruction that resulted in a 10% increase in student achievement, and collaborating with up to 30 English Language Arts teachers to successfully implement for the new literacy curriculum program.

I designed and implemented interventions for grades K-8 at LEARN Excel and LEARN North Chicago campuses. As EL coordinator, I also managed, facilitated, and designed the EL program at LEARN North Chicago while delivering job-embedded professional development to EL teaches and aids. My work as EL coordinator resulted in a 30% increase in students exiting the program. I also delivered professional development to up to 20 teachers on the design and implementation of English language learner centered lessons.

I delivered differentiated, standards - based lessons to a mainstream 4th grade classroom. During my 2013-2014 school year, I saw student growth in math where 75% of students met their NWEA yearly goals. I also led a cross-fuctional science fair committee for 2 consecutive years.

I worked as a 4th and 5th classroom instructor to deliver differentiated, standards-based lessons. My accomplishments include collaborating with colleagues to plan instruction that resulted in a overall class mastery of 60% of state standards. I also oversaw the school's MESA team which prepared 10 fifth grade students for the annual technical challenge.
