Manny C. Email and Phone Number
I am passionate about developing and implementing systemic solutions. During my first career, in the auto industry, I learned the value of first approaching this via the manufacturing environment, as a means to understanding the effects of changes in the design environment. To study this relationship I developed process maps linking the two systems. This experience awoke my passion for systems thinking. This led me to pursue a fellowship with the Tauber Institute for Global Operations through the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. It was from this program that I was recruited to work at the The Boeing Company's Satellite Development Center in El Segundo. There, I studied complex production & test environments through various roles. Through these roles I was able to architect and begin implementing my first system-wide solution. This is the kind of stuff that excites me.I am currently working with the Satellite Development Center's parent organization (Network and Space Systems) on the roll-out of a corporate operations strategy.
