• Worked on Masterplan development from early entitlements to constructing infrastructure. Focused on renewable resources for storage components of commercial building on $32M four year project. • Managed marketing goals, objectives and budgets.• Worked on team to pioneer State Approval of TIDD (tax increment development district) in New Mexico as a form of Public Financing. State approved bonding authority to build public infrastructure. • Assisted in the creation of PID (public infrastructure districts) help develop districts. Received approval.

• Led dry utility coordination and project management for Mesa del Sol as consultant. Subsequently hired by Forest City.• Completed detailed designs for grading and drainage plans for clients projects.• Performed construction inspection for critical infrastructure.

Washington D.C. Metro Area

• Led team to build telecommunication networks throughout the DC Metro area.• Managed eight professionals.• Served as main customer contact for classified customers.• Headed project management including all permitting and entitlement work • Charged with leading team in emergency restorations including interface with government clients.• Obtained High Level Security Clearance – TS/SCI with Poly.
