Role: DDI Senior Engineer• Manage IP address, DNS & DHCP servers for FIS internal & external customer’s using Infoblox.• Managing Inbound & outbound Internet cache layers.• Planning of IT network infrastructure (IPAM/DDI) to ensure that the systems are tailored and comply with their requirements and needs.• Manage and maintain stratum 1 NTP servers which pulls the time feeds from GPS satellites.• Maintain integrity of IP address and IP block assignments of FIS and its acquisitions from Overlapping IP space.• Implementing load balancing solutions in Net scalar.• Implementing DNSSEC feature on public Domains of FIS hosted in their public DNS servers.• Optimizing DNS cache architecture using Blackhole, Honeypot and applying ACL as a part of DNS security.• Managing TCP/IP network infrastructure for the entire organization and customers.• In charge of managing & organizing the RIR accounts of FIS and its acquisitions.• Domain management which involves buying & managing Domain names as a domain name registrar & transfer of Domain data.• Coordinated with other teams in change activities to manage IP assignments and DNS mappings as per their request under strict change timelines.• Monitoring the performance and capacity of GRID, DNS & DHCP system components to ensure zero interruptions to these critical services through Infoblox Dashboard and third-party monitoring tools.• Work on Incidents and troubleshoot Issues that arises as a part of DDI implementation & migration.

Role: Network EngineerPort Migration's:This project involves grooming the customer services from one device to another for Network Standard optimization in Level3 Network.Responsibilities:• Checking the orders before the scheduled activation to make sure that the circuit is ready and the service is installed correctly• The port details and configurations of the old devices are fetched for each customer based on the grooming list provided by Network planning team.• The new configurations are prepared for grooming and deployed once we have the approval from change management.• The new configurations vary based on the device type that we are migrating.

Role: DDI/NMS Support• Configuring DNS and DHCP using Vital QIP• Investigating logs, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting issues that arise in DNS and DHCP servers for customers using Vital QIP• Assist customers with hardware related issues and liaise with the hardware vendor team to fix the same.• Troubleshooting issues with DNS and DHCP based on the nature of the issue at the customer environment.• Involve activity with L3 and Engineering Team to raise feasible RFE and reported defect to get raised and work towards getting it implemented.• Excellent knowledge on Network Management System that helps in monitoring DND and DHCP based on their MIBs• Good knowledge on MYSQL Database based on the demands in NMS tool.• Performing an N/W performance Analysis by tracking performance Indicators such as BW utilization, Packet loss and uptime/downtime of SNMP enabled devices • Possess good knowledge on OSI model and TCP/IP protocol stack.• Good knowledge on troubleshooting with Server and Client OS based on the Product requirements• Extending high-end technical support on various servers ensuring high customer satisfaction levels through prompt solution on their problems.• Possess good knowledge on Networking concepts.
