I worked as a Marketing consultant for the cathedral of Lincoln along with another fellow student. Our objective was to raise awareness on what the cathedral has to offer and to have a better understanding on individuals' expectations when they visit the cathedral. We drew a questionnaire to understand individuals behaviour and expectations regarding the cathedral. The questionnaire also included some promotional incentives aimed at promoting the cathedral's forthcoming events.We conducted two focus groups with local groups of individuals in order to have a better understanding on their views regarding the Cathedral and what incentives would motivate them to visit the cathedral more often.We constantly liaised with our client and ended with a presentation which included our recommendations.
