• Main interface between Clients/Warehouse.• Always ensure excellent customer service to client in terms of Order Fulfillment and On Time delivery for basic and launches• Clubbing of the orders and optimizing the number of shipments, hence leading to reduction in outbound cost. • Receive Queries from customers like material returns and follow up on status with the availability in warehouse and check procurement status within the warehouse team, Track the movement of materials… Show more • Main interface between Clients/Warehouse.• Always ensure excellent customer service to client in terms of Order Fulfillment and On Time delivery for basic and launches• Clubbing of the orders and optimizing the number of shipments, hence leading to reduction in outbound cost. • Receive Queries from customers like material returns and follow up on status with the availability in warehouse and check procurement status within the warehouse team, Track the movement of materials across all transit points, move materials (Telecommunication materials MITTCO & Exotic Timber) into the warehouse carry out the invoicing and arrange for delivery to the customers.• Deal and negotiate with cargo movers for the trucking services provided to company while ensuring the timely deliveries of shipments.• Prepare and provide necessary SAP reports like (GRN, Repairs & Maintenance, Trip Allowances & Transporter payments ZOUTWARD) Warehouse activities to upper level management like Audit and Accounts dept.• Receive LPOs from clients channelled through our sales dept and update the same in SAP for viewing of the same by the dealer for confirmation.• Prepare Sales contracts as per LPOs & arrange the deliveries to the customers also make changes in the orders if necessary and receive confirmation. • Prepare monthly reports like Transporter Payments, Advance GRNs, DD Vessel shipment updating other service related GRNs , Stock Transfer regularizations between plants , R&M reports of company handling vehicles , Cash Vouchers handling reports all which are forwarded to audit and accounts dept for clearance.• Stock handling of MITTCO Telecommunication dept, Steel and looking after deliveries according to the priority basis as per needs and wants of customers.• Conducting PSV on monthly basis and look on mismatches in stock reports which is maintained through SAP system as well.• Deliver and pick up materials as needed, operate Agency Vehicles when necessary..
