The project is 24x7 Support, maintenance and enhancement for sales & distribution modules Like Sale Order management, Procurement, Inventory management, Advance pricing, Grower & Blend, Job cost Budget, Service management, contract Management and agreement management Etc. This project aimed at controlling and maintaining the ERP for smooth business function of our clients.

Working as JD Edwards Enterprise One S&D Functional Consultant. Under KPIT I have done Two Upgrade, Support and Customization Projects as below:Project# (A): JD Edwards Support, Upgrade & Customization ProjectModule: Sales & Distribution Client: YUM Restaurants Ltd.Period: March 2015-Till dateTools, Technology: JDE Edwards Enterprise One 8.12 & 9.1.4Project# (B): JD Edwards Upgrade, Support & Customization ProjectModule: Sales & Distribution Client: Orient Refractories Ltd.Period: June 2014-March 2015Tools, Technology: JDE Edwards Enterprise One 9.1.2 Roles & Resp.:  As is analysis and documenting. Custom, Standard & Clone objects testing after retrofitting. Testing of all process related sales & Distribution like sale order management, procurement and Inventory after up-gradation in test Env.  User training and making CRP, ICRP & UAT with users. Post Go-live support. Making Functional Specification for new developments of reports and applications Coordinate with developer to make the new reports and applications to get the desired output Providing data to user and developer to test the report Testing of customized reports and applications Getting UAT from user after testing and promoting the same in PD Environment  Resolving User Queries and Guide user about the JD Edwards process Interacting with User to understand Customization Study business applications to understand the Customization implemented based on the inputs given by the client and also through self-analysisProviding support on all issue related Sales Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Advance pricing, Job Cost Budget Etc. Coordinating with users and US team for UTA testing for Version Upgrade from 8.12 to 9.1.4 GAP analysis in the current implemented system.

I have done one Implementation, support & Customization Project.Project#(C): JD Edwards Implementation & Support Project Module: Sales & Distribution Client: State Oil Fuel & Retail.Period: August 2013-March 2014Tools, Technology: JDE Edwards Enterprise One 9.1Description: The project was with a 24 x 7 supports, maintenance and enhancement. This project aimed at controlling and maintaining the ERP for smooth business function of SFR for Modules likes Sale order Management, Load & Shipments, Procurement, Advance Pricing & Inventory Management Etc. Roles & Resp.:  Solving user problems related sales order management, Inventory, Procurement & advance pricing etc. Making FSD’s for new developments. Coordinating with developer to make the customize reports and application. Custom Reports and application testing. Getting UAT from users for custom objects. Understanding the business Process of Client for making the Process Flow Charts for Terminal Operations Module (Part of S&D). Interacting with users and client to create the KCD's for user and training purpose and making FSD's for making the new reports as per the user requirements. Doing new setups or update the setups if users have any problem or they want some change for Terminal Operation (Part of S&D). Giving training to user’s about system. Interact with oracle due to JDE Live Project problems for getting solutions after Implementation.

ORL is a Refractory manufacturing company having 7 warehouses / branches in allover India. JDE 8.12 was implemented by Systime, Mumbai in ORL Roles & Resp.:  Over all responsible for JDE activities for Sales module. Coordinate with JDE implementation Team for Sales Order Management, Procurement, Advance Pricing Setups, and India Localization & Inventory Module. Making the FSD for new developments for Sales & Distribution module Interact with oracle due to JDE Live Project problems for getting solutions after Implementation. Solving user problem related to sales order management, Procurement, Inventory, advance pricing Etc. Also giving training to new users about the ERP/JDE.
