Achievement: – • Successfully turned around the organization by delivering propositions at strategic HR and operational HR level. • Successfully completed all the projects and SLA with 99.02% On Time and As Agreed.• Successfully implemented digital and technology solutions in Recruitment and selection, HR operation, Employee services, Performance management system based on BSC, Organizational development. • Implemented strategic control grid for policy and process with best HR practices.• Developed and implemented a performance management system to drive performance-based culture, reward and recognition and developing learning curve for on roll employees.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - This role reports to the MD and responsible for Group HR and Administration,ensuring availability to the best in class human resource as per the business need. Achievement - • Restructured the organization from scratch, established all the resource strategies, operational and strategic policies, process and Systems. Planned succession for all the critical positions for smooth business continuity and efficient work flow.• Developed and implemented ESOP program for high performing, loyal employees as part of compensation plan. • Reviewed all processes & procedures ,capacity building strategies to bring about a multiplier performance level change in existing and new staff, especially within the customer facing specialization,• Advocated aggressive cost containment strategies of about 40% on YOY , streamlined procedures, and added automation in HR process.MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY -• HR strategy and policy implementation • Budgeting• Manpower planning and recruitment • Performance management system/Reward / training and development • Engagement and bonding• ESOP Design and administration for employees • Succession planning• Policies and framework • Legal and statutory compliance

ROLE I was reporting to Director HR and was accountable for HR operation and assist the Director HR in day to day HR operation , Recruitment ,Training and Development ,policy and process development, implementation.Major responsibilities handled • Created HR organization structure and staff it with the requisite roles and capabilities to deliver on the HR strategy and programs; guide and coach the team to deliver high-quality solutions and services.• Managed HR strategy of company in line with its product and plant objectives.• Lead the HR team to design and implement high-quality systems and processes in the areas of Recruitment and On boarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Rewards and Culture.• Design and implement programs for the identification and development of high potential talent (HIPO) - to build a pipeline of future leaders for the company
