Pursue need-based selling technique, instead of conventionalhard selling approach, to improve a better match between customers’ needsand the offered solutions / value proposition, thus yielding higher customersatisfaction.• Create a work environment that motivates retail sales staff to excel andcontribute towards the attainment of individual and team sales targets.Expected to demonstrate excellent leadership, people management andcoaching skills by being on the floor to (a) coordinate in store sales activitiesand (b) readily offer support and assistance to sales staff when required,including on the job training.
